The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith publish the new rules: no more kids in shorts or skirts, the abolition of altar boys, and accountability on the part of parents leaving their children alone with the priests. Because it is now known that these sexual predators are known to hold back and not constantly trying to get fit the body of Christ everywhere.
